2026 "HOLD ON" Timber Sale & PUD1 Transfer Station
The DNR land adjacent to Colony Surf and accessed by the blue gate in Division 5 has been auctioned for timber harvesting.
DNR named the auction "HOLD ON" which was a bit confusing as to whether it would occur or not.
The documents below are member Dave Galle's research and presented to the membership at the January and February 2026 meetings.
Additonally, the DNR supporting documents are also included.
Also, in Dave's February presentation, he also discussed the PUD1 transfer station that is under construction.
This station is intended to reduce the number of outages in our area and should be operational by 2030
The Board is grateful to Dave for his tireless work in tracking and documenting the timber sale.
