We have many new members

The Board would like to welcome and encourage all new members to get involved in our Community.
Board meetings are every third Saturday of the month. Volunteer for an upcoming work party.
There are other projects in the works so come and enjoy your community.
We can always use an extra hand.

Colony Surf Beautification

Beautification is moving forward. The board has recently implemented a beautification policy and guidelines;
These definitive guidelines establish the stardards. Copies are available at the club house. Many lots have been cleaned up.
THANK YOU for your cooperation. We still have others that have not complied, i.e.
those of you who are using your lots for storage of old cars, trailers, garbage or anythinkg else that is an eyesore. Please clean it up!
Remove all unsightly vehicles and remove or restore all trailers. It's amazing what a little paint and TLC can do...
